Some spots are worth going back to again, others are worth going back to every year and still others warrant a trip as often as possible. This desert oasis is somewhere that ranks among those as visit as often as possible spots (even when it’s not fishing season). It is far and away the most unique place I’m lucky enough to live nearby. It’s a place that is tough to explain so I’ll let the pictures do the talking..

928 Fly Tying 
I had the boys back there a couple of weeks ago. Fish were a little smaller than usually after last year’s flush but that place is still a jewel.

Airflo six foot 6.1 inch per second sinking leaders, trust me. So heavy they make single hand Skagit casts a breeze too.
